1. Brief & Understanding

It’s important that we have a good understanding of your requirements and expectations from the outset. We do this by asking you to provide a website brief. This can be a Word document, PDF or you can fill out our simple website brief form.

From the brief we should be able to identify your project’s goals and vision, target markets, content requirements, reference sites, materials and available assets. This will enable us to provide you with a proposal outlining what we can do for you and how much it’s going to cost.

2. Proposal

Thanks to your website brief, we will have a list of project requirements and tasks, all ready to be turned into a proposal. The proposal will include estimated costs, a project start date, a timeline, and a launch plan.

If you like what you see and decide to give us a shot. A 50% deposit will be required a before going any further.

3. Meeting

Planning is crucial, and an initial briefing session ensures your project gets started on the right track. This meeting is usually done in person so we can clearly communicate all plans. We prefer to visit you at your premises to get a better feel for your business, but we don’t mind if you want to come to us. We explore top-level objectives, explain our process, dig into the nitty gritty and start practical planning.

4. Research, Ideas & Design

During the this phase, we take your sitemap, assets, sketches and website brief and get creative! You will be presented with a mock-up design and directions to review as the concept takes shape, and your feedback will help guide the process. The design phase is totally organic and exciting: Prepare to be amazed!

5. Development

After the design is approved, we move into developing your website and implementing all of your website’s functionality (CMS, blog, photo gallery, shopping cart, etc.)

This step is made up of two parts – front-end and back-end. Front-end development refers to the creation of HTML, CSS and Javascript code, whereas back-end development refers to the programming that runs on the server to allow integration with databases, a content management system, or other bespoke functionality.

6. Testing & Fine-Tuning

In addition to regular reviews and testing during the design and development process, we also conduct rigorous testing prior to the launch of the website.

Testing includes checking that the website functions as you expect it should and that the website works and displays correctly on different browsers, PC’s, laptops, tablets and smartphones ensuring a flawless user-experience.

7. Launch

Now that your website has been thoroughly reviewed and prepped for launch, we make any last minute, pre-launch updates necessary and move your site into the final launch phase.

Prior to launch we will submit your site to Google, set-up Google Analytics and redirect pages from your old website to the corresponding page on the new website.

The remaining 50% is then due for payment.

8. Support

Upon receipt of the final payment your website hosting and ongoing support will be initiated as agreed.
